Atlanta City Council Approves Division of Independent Procurement Review
The Atlanta City Council on Monday unanimously approved an ordinance authorizing the City auditor to establish a Division of Independent Procurement Review to improve transparency and accountability in the City procurement process (Legislative Reference No. 18-O-1189).
Atlanta City Council Approves Landmark Mandatory Inclusionary Zoning Legislation to increase affordability in BeltLine and Westside Communities
Atlanta will now require developers building new residential rental units near the BeltLine or Westside District to set aside 10 percent of those units for households at 60 percent Area Median Income (AMI) or below OR 15 percent of those units for households at 80 percent AMI or below.
